My focus is assisting clients to achieve better organisational performance through business intelligence. As a programme manager and enterprise architect, my emphasis is on business process and cultural change first and foremost. I see technology as the enabler for that change, and my technical work revolves around the Microsoft product set.
I have concentrated on two specific sectors: Financial and Retail/Supply Chain, and my clients have included several well-known organizations. For example, IBM, Xerox, Whitbread, Royal SunAlliance, J Sainsbury, Barclays, EDS, JP Morgan, Tesco, and Federated Department Stores. Consulting and solutions for other clients, outside those sectors, include Vodafone, the National Trust via CapGemini, and QinetiQ through Accenture. Of late, I've been doing much work in the National Health Service, in both NHS and Primary Care Trusts.
Skills range from the source systems to the desktop,
and the work is from the Infrastructure to the Boardroom.
